In his latest round-the-world trip over the past couple of weeks, our Chairman, Charles Dumas visited Beijing, Shanghai, Los Angeles, Portland, Seattle and San Francisco. A frequently recurring question was how the current US recovery might be blighted by huge Chinese adjustments, just when it appears to be getting properly established.
